by purchasing this listing you agree to the following terms:

- Due to high demand, I will release 10 venue sketches per month to ensure on-time delivery for orders. Please reach out if you have questions about availability.

- Turnaround time is 10 business days, rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. During busy seasons, time frames may vary based on availability. Please reach out beforehand if you have a date you need your sketch by.

- This purchase is for the product of: 1 venue sketch. Please reach out with questions BEFORE you purchase.

- Revisions are not typically necessary for most customers. If you do not like your drawing, revisions to the drawing can be purchased for an additional $20. You may request something be removed from the drawing, this edit will be free and included in your original purchase, however, if your revision requires artist to redraw any portion of the sketch, the $20 revision fee will apply.

- Dissatisfaction with artists aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for refund. There will be no refunds on custom digital products once they have been delivered. Charges will apply if you wish to cancel your order after it is in production.

- Please rely on the images in the listing as a reference point for what your venue sketch will look like. Although artist will use reasonable efforts to incorporate customer's suggestions and desires when providing the venue sketch, artist shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality.
